Do I need an account to contact a business?
No. You can view any listing and call, WhatsApp or email the business directly without creating an account.
How do I find businesses near me?
Use All Locations to choose your region and town, or combine a category and location in the search bar on the homepage.
How do I list my business?
Click Add Listing, choose your category and location, add your contact details, description and photos, then submit. Your listing is reviewed and published.
Do I need to register before adding a listing?
No. You can submit your listing without registering first — an account is created for you automatically so you can manage it later from My Account.
How much does it cost to list my business?
You can start with a free listing. Paid plans (Business and Premium) give your listing more visibility and features. See our pricing plans when submitting your listing.
How do I pay for a plan?
Payments are made through MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money. After paying, send us your payment confirmation on WhatsApp and we'll activate your plan.
Can I update my business information?
Yes. Log in to your dashboard to edit your photos, description, contacts, opening hours and services at any time.
Can I list more than one business?
Yes. You can add several businesses or branches from the same account, subject to your plan.
Can I leave a review for a business?
Yes. Open the business listing and use the review section to rate it and share your experience to help other customers.
A business's details are wrong or outdated. What should I do?
Contact us at info@237zoom.com or on WhatsApp with the listing name and the correction, and we'll look into it.

237zoom is founded and run by Ngang Ngufor and co-founder Mr. Fongang Calistus under the Brichdigitals brand. As hands-on developers and operators, they built 237zoom to make it easy for anyone to find trusted businesses and professionals across Cameroon — and they manage the platform's listings, growth and day-to-day operations directly from Yaoundé.
