What is 237zoom?
237zoom is Cameroon's online business directory. It helps you find companies, services and professionals across all 10 regions of Cameroon, with their phone, WhatsApp, email, website and location in one place.
How do I find a business on 237zoom?
Use the search bar on the homepage: choose a category and/or a location, then tap Search. You can also browse all categories or all locations. Each listing shows the business's contact details and its location on the map.
Is 237zoom free for visitors?
Yes. Searching, browsing and contacting businesses on 237zoom is completely free, and you don't need an account to do it.
How do I list my business on 237zoom?
Click Add Listing, then fill in your business name, category, location, contact details (phone, WhatsApp, email, website), a description and photos, and submit. You don't need to register first: an account is created with your email so you can manage your listing later.
How much does it cost to list my business?
You can start with the Free Plan (0 FCFA, 30 days). Paid plans give more visibility: Starter at 3,000 FCFA/month, Business at 5,000 FCFA for 2 months (includes Top Ads), and Premium at 50,000 FCFA/year (Top Ads, 360 days and social media promotion). See all details on our Pricing Plans page.
How do I pay for a plan?
We accept MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money. Send your payment to the numbers shown on the Payment Options page, then tap "Notify Agent on WhatsApp" and send us your payment details. Your listing is published as soon as we confirm the payment.
What are Top Ads?
Top Ads place your listing above regular listings in its category and in search results, so more customers see your business first. Top Ads are included in the Business and Premium plans.
How long does my listing stay active?
Your listing stays active for the duration of your plan: 30 days (Free and Starter), 60 days (Business) or 360 days (Premium). When it expires, it is no longer shown publicly. Log in to My Account to renew it or choose a new plan.
Can I edit my listing after it is published?
Yes. Log in to My Account, open your listings and click Edit to update your details, photos or contact information at any time.
How do I contact a business listed on 237zoom?
Open the business's listing to see its phone number, WhatsApp, email and website (where provided). You can call, chat on WhatsApp or send a message directly from the listing page. Any service or payment arrangement is made directly between you and the business.
Can I leave a review for a business?
Yes. Go to the business's listing page, scroll to the reviews section, give a star rating and share your experience. Honest reviews help other people across Cameroon choose the right business.
What if I find wrong or outdated information in a listing?
Business details are provided by the business owners. If you notice incorrect, outdated or suspicious information, contact us on WhatsApp or at info@237zoom.com and our team will check it.
